Everything was excellent, including very pleasant staff at both management and staff. The executive apartment didn't seem appealing on photos but it was spotless and huge in a roomy shower. The hotel's position was marvellous, excellent in the restaurant downstairs.

The units here are comfortable and modern, with brand-new features like a TV and laundry facilities. 👍.

I stayed at Quest Albury for almost three days. Being newly built, it's really clean and full of equipment. You can feel like you're just in your new house.

Was really happy there, lovely place the only things that bothere me are joining room which I presume can be sold as a two bedroom appartment when required they window in the room must have been left open so both nights all I heard was the blinds flapping. The only other thing I would have prefered is a clean set of towels next day. But did not spoil our trip still enjoyed. thanks

Comfort, convenience, 24 hour desk, undercover secure parking. Need more coffee and tea satchels in room plus milk not longlife.

The mini kitchen was great. The staff and the food in the restaurant were both exceptionally good.

Kids running in hallway was a bit noisy. There were no comfortable chairs. The time waiting for supper and breakfast in the restaurant was about 40 minutes which was way too slow. We didnt eat there the next day because of it.

Only the fact that they hadn;t recievd our booking through Booking .Com even though we had the reciept (they said that didn't mean anything). This is a bit confussing and a shme because the service through you was great (up until that point)
